OVERVIEW
The Center for Assessment, Evaluation, and Educational Programming has the personnel, expertise, hardware, and software to:
- Develop a wide range of survey instruments
- Systematically analyze qualitative content on short-answer items
- Instantaneously collect formative, summative, and longitudinal data
- Customize databases to meet user specifications compatible with user capabilities
- Integrate existing state, regional, and national databases with local data to provide unique assessment and evaluation perspectives
- Design and serve online inquiry-based analysis and reporting systems
- Provide technical assistance to a wide-range of clientele wishing to incorporate electronic and computer technology into data collection, data management, evaluation, and assessment; program administration; and planning
- Provide staff development on advanced information systems technology used in assessment, evaluation, and program planning
- Develop communication systems for real-time mentoring and planning
- Provide instant feedback to trainers/teachers following training sessions
- Evaluate training to make just-in-time adjustments based on participant responses
